Tonight it’s blackened salmon for dinner – so easy with tons of flavor and no salt. (let me know if you want recipe) Fresh tomatoes and basil from my little garden. Finishing with sliced mango for dessert. Getting back on the horse after the eating frenzy we did this weekend in DC at Ben’s Chili Bowl & Comet pizza etc…. Below are some essential kitchen items we use on a regular basis. Oh and later some details on our trip to small beach town of Chincoteague. What a really cute little island.
