Ohhhh Everybody – I hope you are well,
This whole at home Social Distancing is really getting to me but we are trying to make the best of it. So I wanted to share a good grill recipe that your whole family will love and it’s super easy. Really getting into the swing of real barbecue grilling season – for us at home that’s all four seasons but I wanted to share with you this very easy delicious spring-summer dinner: Tauraso Grilled Rotisserie chicken & Fire roasted poblano peppers one fresh organic chicken from Hillside farms in Thurmont MD https://hillsideturkey.com/ best chickens around ground turkey too- lots of things you really should check it out it’s a huge difference from grocery store chickens I’ve been spoiled and I can’t eat those anymore. I will just take it out of package wash it & pat dry and then coat it with salt pepper maybe a bit of paprika and a little bit of olive oil & rub that bird 🐔 down haha
Poblano’s as many as you want they shouldn’t have any marks in them just nice firm the bigger the better place in a plastic Ziploc baggie coat with olive oil both things will go on the grill if you’re lucky enough to have a rotisserie skewer that and put the chicken on there a medium size chickens gonna take about an hour give or take and we use natural wood charcoal you can get at Lowe’s Walmart sometimes the grocery store like the cowboy bag. ..
When the poblanos are done put them back in the bag they’ll be steaming in there for a little while and it’s easy to remove the skin and seeds if you’d like I’d like just the skin removed and keep just a little bit of the seeds. See how Mike does it here.
Now get the kids and make a salad or your favorite veggie and voilà… dinner is served
Healthy clean easy you and your family will love it💜. Let me know what you think…
Here’s to your health 🤗I will be posting a few more recipes and some great skincare tips and masks to make an at home spa plus doing some give aways
